This program has a detailed explanation of all the exercises that are going to be done along with the target muscles i.e the muscles that can be improved from those exercises besides explaining the correct exercise form.

This program's pattern is very unique. Overloading, change in tempo which are the key principles for muscle stimulus and growth are included in this whilst not neglecting the heart health by including cardio exercises almost everyday.

In this, week 1 and 3 would follow one pattern and week 2 and 4 another one. Instead of just asking y'all to perform the exercise, giving reason why you should do that in a certain way within very limited amount of time puts this program on a higher pedestal.
